On ours you have to level prior to slide outs. Also, check your hydraulic level in the reservoir.

when we know the model # you can download the correct service manual for your system. Locate the HWH control box in your MH, mine is just laying on the floor under the dash, your's may be elsewhere. It's one identifier, the control panel plug on the back is another identifier, there are more. That control box can have from 5 to 9 fuses, when you locate your box check each fuse first.
The service manual has an excellent trouble-shooting guide.
