Stop loosening and re-tightening the lug nuts. Every time they are loosened and re-tightened, they require a second re-torquing after 50 miles of driving. After that second re-torquing, lug nuts remain tight.
As to the greasing; are you referring to the zerk fitting on the end of the axle? It should never require adding grease. The axle mfgr, recommends disassembly, cleaning, inspecting wheel bearings annually or at 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
I had a 5th wheel trailer with the EZ lube axles and never used a grease gun. The annual inspection procedure precluded any other maintenance.
Some axles have automatic adjusting electric brakes, some do not. Both should be manually checked for proper adjustment at 3,000 miles per axle mfgrs, but I only performed the manual adjustment check after the bearing inspection procedure.
