Need help with Jensen entertainment center

Hello everyone,
I have a 2022 Voyage 2831RB and have an issue with the entertainment system.
The balance left and right is actually my inside and outside speakers and my A channel is left side inside and out , my B channel is right side inside and outside and A&B is all four speakers. I can't seem to find a wiring schematic for this so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

1)You can do a google search for your Jensen model number.

2)Contact ASA Electronics (Jensen), they are really good about emailing you the pdf manual.

Sounds like the wiring was incorrectly connected in behind the deck (assuming this is brand new and your the 1st owner.

It's unfortunate, your having issues.

Not sure which is worse Winnebago's quality control or Jensen product quality.

Trust everything will work out in the end.
