I'd never heard of this product, and when I searched Cilajet Protection Scam I found lots of unhappy owners.

However, I've never heard of a dealer doing this application for free. Is the dealer tying the free product it you purchase an Extended Warranty or something expensive??

One thing you should know. Well, two things. A. Travel trailers seldom need any kind of extended "warranty." and B. The dealer is NEVER a good place to purchase an extended "warranty" if you decide you want one.

Dealers buy cheap extended service contract insurance products and mark them up 200-300 percent and more. It's their way of getting as much money as possible from the buyer. There are independent service contract sellers that off much better products and much lower prices.

Around here, we mostly advise buyers to skip all "extra" items a dealer wants to sell you at closing. Generally, they offer little or no value.

nope i think its because we are losing our deposit because we switched dealers to get this trailer and they felt compelled to at least say thanks for the business...no strings attached..
