Changing out dinette

Hi there! We are picking up our new 2306BHS today and it is equipped with a dinette which we were not crazy about. I noticed the dealership does sale RV furniture and was curious if anyone knows/has experience with swapping out furniture. Everything I’ve read applies to older trailers and remodeling, but ours is brand new. Thanks!

Just unbolt everything and replace it with whatever fits. I’ve replaced 2 dinettes with reclining loveseats. No problems. Until you trade it in. I took a $3k hit in value because I sold it on Craigslist.
This one was theater seating with a center section that made it too long. I cut it out and bolted each seat individually to the floor of the slide-out.
Search for a wall hugger, they typically need only 3-4” of wall spacing to recline.
RV specific will be more expensive than house furniture. Most stuff comes in pieces, so you can get em through the door. Measure first!

Our 2108 came with a jackknife sofa but we had ordered one with the dinette. Our dealer told us they retrofit the units all the time. They ordered the dinette (table and benches) from Winnebago, but with all the crazy stuff going on they took forever (several months) go get delivered.

But once at the dealership they did a fantastic job of swapping out the sofa. They even let us take the sofa no charge. I made it into a seat in my shop.

So my only concern would be availability of different furniture. The swap out is easy.

Wow, a 2108. That must have some pretty advanced equipment.
