Black Tank leak in minnie2201DS

Trying to find if anyone has experienced this in there Minnie. First time I have had a leak coming out of the underlayment on my Trailer. The only thing I did different Today was I emptied black tank. Next put in a cleaner, then filled with approx 22 gallons of water. Tank holds 25 gallons. When I went outside, appeared to have leaked about 1 gallon of water on ground. I don't know if it has ever had 22 gallons of liquid in it before. Normally after 5 days of camping always using our toilet, I dump. Never had a leak before. Does not leak inside trailer. In doing research, there is a vent valve in top with rubber seals, the washer has pipe that goes in approx 2/3 up side. All that is left is the dump valve line, looking at it, no leak. Did not start to leak until I put all the water in. All thoughts appreciated. Thanks.
