Black spots on roof

Hello everyone,
I have a Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108DS, I was cleaning my roof as I'm supposed to every 3 months and this time around I have black spots that look like mold. I'm in Florida and we have had a ton of rain, I've used Best rubber roof cleaner and Camco RV rubber roof cleaner and have had no luck getting these black spots off. Any ideas on what I can use that's not harsh on the roof and sealent . Thanks
