Changing dash clock and deleting previous owner account

Never been so frustrated in my life.... We have a new to us 2020 Navion 24V and have spent hours with the manual and searching online for how to change the clock to the correct time. Nothing in the manual and nothing we have seen online works. I saw the post and video about the 2022 Sprinter but ours is different.
In addition, the previous owner has their account in my Mercedes and we can not figure out how to delete that account and add one for us.
We tried a factory reset but the account is still there.
We did finally figure out how to connect to our phone though... small victory.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Did you read the last post in that clock setting thread? The OP figured out how to reset the clock and he posted the solution.
