Red face 2019 24J View Coach radio

WE just purchased a 2019 24J. Everything is fantastic BUT i cannot get power to the Jansen Radio which is located near the steps. NO power. I checked the 15 amp fuse in the main fuse area, I looked at the 10 amp fuse on the back of the unit in the cabinet under the sink. to no avail? The overall 12 power is on.
I am stuck. I contacted the previous owner- he said they didn't use it much (his wife did he thought). Any ideas? There is nothing in any manual/etc that i have seen to solve the problem. There is a lot of wires below the sink. Something loose?
PLease any infowould be appreciated.

RV often have a toggle switch on the dash to select power from the chassis or from the coach.
Maybe you are in chassis power and looking for power when on coach?

Section 3-4 of the owners manual may be needed?

I have a 2019 Navion J and found that winnebago provided a lot of extra wiring for this unit that they coiled up and hung at the back of the radio. After using it a few times, the connection to the radio came loose and it did not work. This would keep happening until I undid the coiled wiring and took up the slack under the kitchen drawers where the wires have a chase to accomidate the extra and take the strain off the radio connection. I also added wire covers to clean up under the sink.

24J Coach Radio

Thanks for the info. I agree there is a lot of bundled up wires hanging there in an area where items placed under the sink could inadvertently rub or be pushed up against it. Of all the nice stuff in the View, this area with the wiring seems very un-professional. I will dig through the wires and see what happens.

As an aid to ID power, ground, etc. wires, Winnebago uses a stamped ID on small wires.

If you get in far enough to spot the ID on wires, use this chart to help find the "from" and "to" as well as often get an idea of what that wire does, like battery or ground.

It can cut the chase and guessing a whole bunch if the power supply wire and ground can be ID'd!
