The seal is only good for about 10 or so years unless your parking under cover all the time.
It should not look like its at an angle, the foam should be evenly compressed all around if you are looking up from inside your rig. Don't judge from the outside as that is hard to see and will be dirty.
You'll know the seal is bad when you start seeing stains around the AC air inlet under the unit or another give away is a nice stream of running water in a heavy rain storm.
The foam seal is very easy to change.
Disconnect the wire harness going up to the AC motor and then its just the 4 corner bolts.
Lift the unit off the old seal, clean the roof and also the matching under surface of the Coleman and then put it back in place.
The seal has some little compression marks on the inside to let you know how much to tension down the corner bolts. I'm sure there is a You Tube video showing all this.
If you tilted the Coleman on it side for an extended period of time while cleaning underneath it be sure to let the unit sit for a couple of hours before starting it up.
