2017 Itasca Spirit 27Q Generator intermittent issue

DC to DC charging and solar adding charge to batteries, started generator and no power went to batteries, but generator running fine. Looked at breakers, none tripped. Flipped breaker at main panel, flipped breaker on generator, unplugged and plugged shore cord back into its plug, no luck. Had one update on Victron, updated and then tried again and it worked fine. Next day, started generator and again no power. Flipped breaker on and off a few times, no power, started RV and DC to DC and adding amps, shut that off and flipped generator breaker multiple times and now adding amps again.
1. Is the Onan quiet 4000 known for a breaker issue?
2. Anyone else experience this?
3. Anything else it might be?

Hi Brian,
I remember hearing of a time when the wiring inside the generator outlet box came loose.
