Hello, would you recommend to cut the gutter rail or trimming the front end cap to created a 1/2 inch gap for proper fitter of the spouts ? Thank’s

We had to slightly trim the drip spout to fit the gutter. They work great!

The gutter didn't completely cure the issue, but it sure reduced it.

I'd forgotten about that J-channel. I did put some over my door and over the drivers side window. Like you said it doesn't completely redirect all the runoff, but helps.

I would not think of trimming the cap. Too likely to create a big water intrusion problem. Pretty much the same for the rail, but more doable I think.

I agree with Carolinagurl, I think the best option would be to cut stem length down enough to get it to engage with the channel. Relocate the locking set screw and your done.

I really like these Dragonfly spouts. They work perfectly, simple installation and reasonably priced. But, if you have anyone wash your RV, tell them to be careful dragging the hose across the roof because they will break off if the hose gets hooked on one. First hand experience.
