Threw an error code 2014 Itasca Meridian 40

Has anyone ever thrown a code 4364FMI 18 SA? 2014 Itasca Meridian 40U 8.9 Cummins. If so what was the fix?
TIA

Hi Joe,
Maybe one of these four?
  1. Contaminated DEF
  2. Incorrect concentration of urea in the DEF
  3. Biased NOx sensor
  4. Excessive DEF build-up in the exhaust

Thank you. I think it might not be good DEF. The DEF was low and old. For the 1st time, I filled it from the Pilots DEF pump. I've always used DEF from Walmart or the parts store in the 2 1/2 gallon containers.

It all turned out to be a bad NOx sensor. I replaced it and had a Cummins tech reprogram it on the side.

Hi Joe,
Glad that a bad NOx sensor was all it was. Is the reprogramming the technician did an update for fuel economy or something like that?
Thanks, Eagle5

From my understanding talking to Cummins, on the big diesel engines, anytime a component on the emissions system is replaced they have to reprogram the ECM. I just had my SCR replaced under the recall and they had to do it.
