sagging roof

my 2014 38q suncruiser roof is sagging. When I pull in my slides it will even leave a mark on the padded ceiling. Don't know what is causing this, but am very concerned. Any answers or suggestions?

What does the roof look like on the outside. Have you tried to find out if the roof is spongy on the exterior? That will tell you if it is a structural issue or just a sagging interior lining. I'm suspecting a water leak has accumulated on top of the interior lining. Have you noticed any dripping water?

Sagging roof or sagging ceiling panels. That would be your first task. Finding out which it is. They can be related but that are not always.
