Replace Under Dash Blower Motor on a 2013 Journey 36M

Our blower motor has been making noise on and off for 2 years. We have decided to sell our Winnebago so I need to replace this motor.
We have an Evans Tempco system and I can gain access to the motor by removing the part of the dash that contains the 2 draws that are under the camera and GPS systems. The problem is there is not enough room to pull the motor straight back.
I have attached a few pictures hopefully it will explain my issue better than I have.
I do not think this motor replacement can be accomplished by going through the large black box on the outside of the firewall.
I am hoping that someone else has had this motor replaced and can give me some pointers.
Thanks
Joe

Hi Joe,
From this old post of a Journey ten years older, it looks like the passenger-side kick-panel needs to be removed too:

Good luck!

Let us know what you figure out. Mine raises holy hell when I switch it to the floor vent setting. It is quiet on the defrost mid-level vents. It sounds almost like there is more than one fan involved.

Reciprocating saw to cut away the box? Then just Gorilla tape the removed section back in place? Just spitballing here.

In the name of spitballing and with admitting to no true knowledge?

I look at the parts drawings and see what "might/could/maybe" be clips that hold a front section to a back section?
Several unknown things but thought to point to what they show us and maybe it gives you a place to look for a plan?

Are these clips as marked that might release the front with motor and fan from the back, letting it slide up enough to clear the floor?
It looks like five total but I may be missing some, so approach with care!
These should show locations of something that looks like clips that might be flipped off---if there is room? Pictured clockwise, starting at about two o'clock ?

Click these snips for better picture!
