Hot water faucet

Just finished filling water tank after winter storage
All is fine except hot water faucet does night flow like cold water faucet
I made a dump mistake meant to look at hot water tank to make sure no leaks I accidentally turned hot water drain valve left and it blew off I was soaked
Could that be the reason I drained water and filled again still runs alittle and stops
