Adventurer dinette seating

On my 2021 adventurer dinette seats, the back rest will not stay in place while traveling and drives my better half crazy. The backrest portion on mine has nothing to fasten to for them to stay in place. I added some Velcro but that doesn’t always work. I hate to bring to dealer for that, and they keep it for several weeks to figure out solution. Wondering if others have the same problem and found a good solution. Thanks

My guess is that you just need more Velcro. A couple of small patches isn't going to do it. These should work:

Taking it to a dealer would be the worst and most expensive thing you could do. The only thing I'd take it to a dealer for is a warranty issue, which this clearly is not. Even for potential warranty issues, if it's something I can DIY without significant expense, I'd DIY.

The dinette seat backrest on my 2021 adventurer 29b has a metal snap to hold it in place. I would get the heavier duty Velcro if yours does not have a snap or sew a piece of a strap with a snap onto the backrest and drill the other half into he wood.
