Slide out issue

I have a 2008 Access 31c. Last winter I took it storage, plugged in put the slide out, took the batters out to keep them out of the cold weather. I went to close the slide and it would not close.

I put the batteries back in and it still would not close, so I did it manually. It appears that there is no power at the key switch.

I replaced the 40amp circuit breakers that control the rams but it still will not open. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
