Looks like you have the same paint scheme as my 2016 Adventurer 37F. I too had a problem with the superslide. Problem was looked at by a very reputable rv repair company; they simply re-synced the slide. After 2 outings the slide again was messed up, 1 side in the other out. I took it back to the repair facility, they used a volt meter with power switch and re-synced the slide. I was smart enough to watch what they did and used, so I purchased the same electrical test system ($100) and wouldn't you know, on the next trip same issue, but this time I got it in myself.
Deciding that I can't always assume this work around will continue to solve the problem, I took the coach to Winnebago Service Facility in Junction City, OR. They found the jib block was broken (its the plastic motor cap for lack of a better word. I read the earlier version of my coach had version 1 of the Power Gear system and many had upgraded to version 2. I Upgraded to version 2 and although I've only used the coach a few times it seems to be working well.
The repair facility closed the week after we had our coach repaired, but I'm sure any qualified repair facility could do the work as it basically just involves replacing the motors and jibs on all corners of the slide. The work cost about $1,700 if I remember right (2020) and upgraded the motors from a very weak locking tab to a more robust tab assembly. It took about 8 hours of labor. I would bet this is your issue.
