My EMS Amp Meter Is Not Working -- And I'm On Generator Power

I have a 2004 Itasca "Horizon" 40AD and the other day I started my generator and everything was fine, except my amp meter was bank... showing now amps.

Why does this occur?

I then turned off all power accessories. I turned off my inverter. And shut down the BDS for 5 minutes.

Then I turned "on" my BDS, started the generator, and up comes my amp meter working normally.

So what causes the Powerline EMS display to go dead or need to be reset?

Note: I am aware the amp meter only displays current when the generator is running; and is supposed to be blank when plugged in to shore power or when using inverter power.

Note: I have an Intellitec 620 EMS board shedder in my main power panel, but IDK if this has anything to do with the display function of my Powerline EMS?
