Reyo Headlights OUT

2016 Itaska Reyo. Headlights went out (only headlights, both high and low) Mercedes service says it’s a Winnebago problem. With front SAM for wiring changed from 2 to 3 prong.

Anyone else get stuck between Mercedes and Winnebago with their Sprinter RVs?

Local EV repair 6 months out.

Not uncommon. Worst is when the chassis mfg says its the RV mfgs fault and the RV......

On my Thor Axis there is lots of stuff I wouldn't know who to blame if it went bad and I am a pretty competent hands on guy. The best thing I have found is to just fix it yourself and move on.

I am very surprised that Mercedes says it's a Winnebago issue. I have the Via which is almost identical to the Reyo and it has Mercedes Sprinter headlights, the Mercedes Sprinter headlight switch and the circuit and fuse is the same as Sprinter, I can't imagine Winnebago would have changed anything. They received the Sprinter chassis with the Sprinter dash and all wiring intact. Mine has the same headlights and lamp sockets and bucket covers as a Sprinter. Here is how they received the chassis. What do you mean by SAM?
I'm assuming you tried new lamps already, they don't last long with the DRLs although both hi and lo would be strange.
