PCS- WiringStatusError

We have a 2015 Tour. The PCS says WiringStatusError and Fault High VAC. We have been plugged into shore power for 2 months. The RV Park checked the power box and it is fine. We smelled burning and smoke in the fuse box under the bed. Please advise what we could try. No one is available to come look at for us. We have disconnected from power box and turned everything off. Thanks!

Do you have an EMS or "surge protector" on the plug at the power pedestal?

I don't know how you could get a High Voltage error without it coming from the power pedestal and into your coach. Could you have been struck by lightening?

Whatever it is, you'll really need someone with electrical knowledge to look things over - and especially find what burned and smoked under the bed.

Yes we do have surge protection. We live in our coach right now, so I’m not sure what to do?

If you are not able to check everything out yourself then ask at the RV Park office if they have a recommendation for a RV Tech to come to you. Or find one via Google.

Unfortunately, there's not much we can do via the internet.
