PCS Wiring Status Error

Itasca Meridian 36M PCS display says Wiring Status Error and main display says No Service. Yet I am plugged into a 50 Amp service and everything’s seems to work except PCS. Any ideas on how to correct the PCS?

Someone posted this same issue this week. I can't remember the thread NOR the fix. But I think it was unplugging from shore power. Turning off the power disconnect and in effect rebooting the whole RV.

I hope I got that correct. If not, someone please jump in and correct me.

Tried that and didn’t work. Always says no service and wiring status error even when on generator. Beginning to think there might be a mis-wire to the PCS itself. Does anyone know where the wiring terminals are for the PCS into the power connnrctions?
