On Board Surge Protector lightning strike

Trying to get replacement onboard surge protector for my 2016 Grand Tour which has failed due to lightning. Power getting to protector but not entering coach. Where do I find info... nothiing in my manuals.

We would need to know exactly which Grand Tour to get down to specifics of parts but the parts catalog is an interactive setup to use to get part numbers, etc.

Go to correct RV, click on the drawing of the part and it then flips up on the list at right!
In reverse, if you know the part name to find on list, click there and it shows up in yellow on the drawing to spot it if location is unknown!

An online search using the part number can sometimes lead to far better pricing than local RV dealers?

Sounds like you mean the Surge Guard Auto Transfer Switch that has a sticker on it that says it's from Southwire and has a "Surge Guard" built in.

So, give us more details about the device you want to replace. If it looks like below, you just need a 50-Amp RV Transfer Switch. It's not too special or too expensive. Camping World, RV Parts stores online, even Amazon. You can hire someone to replace it, or if you're even a little bit handy you could do it yourself.

Is it something that looks like this:
