Micro-Minnie-Battery Switch - What does it do?
I'm having difficulty understanding what the Battery Disconnect Switch located in the forward storage compartment actually disconnects. When I disconnect Shore Power, and also turn off the Battery Switch, the Slideout still works, and of course, the electric tongue jack.
I certainly want the tongue jack to work with the switch off or on, as I store the Mini inside at Climate controlled storage, and the property owners may need to use the tongue jack to move the Mini.
But, was surprised to find that the slideout works with the switch off. Lights don't work, as I would suspect, but is there anything that could be drawing parasite power? So far no problems after 60 days of storage, but wonder if anything could drain the battery even with switch off? Does anybody know?
