Instrument Panel lights not working 2017 Adventurer 38Q

Need help diagnosing why the light that illuminates the speedometer/tachometer does not work when my headlights are on. Cant see gauges at night because of this. Dimmer dial by lights switch does nothing. Odometer works however.
