I just replaced my house batteries with four Trojan T-105 6v batteries - a double pair in series. It should give me 450AH of power. I also have limited space above the batteries so I installed the Flow-Rite battery watering system to help make them as maintenance free as possible. It has a squeeze bulb pump that connects to it and a gallon of distilled water. A couple of squeezes watching a ball spin fills all of the cells to the correct level.
