Battery not working 2020 Micro Minine 2108DS

I have a 2020 micro-minime 2108DS. Currently my battery is not charging or supplying any current to the devices altough the battery is working properly. When I am hooked up to electrical utilities, all of my 12v devices work normally. I checked all the fuses and they are fine. I changed the 12v switch which was broken but the problem remains the same. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is or are there hidden fuses?

There is a main “hidden” master fuse that’s resettable.
