Has anyone with the XRV 10 radio had a loud squeal sound while on either the road or coach batteries???
No but what do you mean squeal sound? Is it constant? Does the sound vary? I.e. if you go faster does the tone change or does it stay at the same pitch? The reason I ask is it could be caused by a poor ground, electrical interference or feedback usually caused by another electrical device. What is your rig and year?

Yeah, like the interference Unshielded sound sparks plug wires can make? As the RPM’s go up, does the sound get a higher pitch and faster?
No it does not have excelerate while the diesel motor increases rpm... The squeal occurs whether I have the motor running or not running... It squeals while it is using the coach battery or the road battery... The repair shop replaced the ground wire with a shielded ground wire and that did not help..
Can't say with a 100% certainty but the power source for the Radio is only comes from your chassis batteries. The coach and chassis batteries are isolated from each other with one exception I'm aware of is when you chassis batteries do not have enough power to start the coach up some and perhaps a lot of coaches have the ability to boost the chassis batteries with a switch that only stays on as long as you hold it in the on position. So going back to the noise there are many possible issues that could cause it. does the noise come from one particular speaker or all of them? If it sounds like all of them see if you can disconnect one at a time see if that eliminates the problem. Another issue could be the power source to the radio. Sadly the only way to check this out is to disconnect it from the current circuit and connect it to another one to see if that does the trick. Not sure how technically inclined you are since this takes some knowledge of electronics and the ability to read schematics. How old is your rig? Reason asking if still in warranty bring it back to the dealer See you have a Class A but not sure on the age or model? Another possibility is the radio has an internal board problem. Some thing that IMHO wouldn't be worth getting fixed. Other possibilities could be something connected to the radio causing the problem other than the speakers or the power. If you have camera's connected could be a poor ground from them. Option would be disconnect the camera's one by one and see if it goes away. If it does that particular camera has a ground or short someplace.
