Suggestion for best paint primer for interior needed...

I am getting back to my project - a 2002 Sightseer 27. It has a plastic wallpaper coating vs. paint. I will leave the cabinets alone, mostly, but want to switch the base interior color to light Gray.

There's lotsa primers out there, but I am sure one of you has walked this path before and hopefully improve upon my best guess. Thanks.

I used a product called "STIX" over my wallpaper. Believe me, it sticks. No issues for 4 years.
