2004 Adventurer 38R LP Sensor

I have a 2004 Adventurer 38R and the propane sensor on the panel doesn't work. The gauge on the tank appears to work and I noticed the two wires that come from the sending unit on the gauge are broken off. Any idea if this sending unit can just be replaced without having to drain the tank? I can't figure out how to just pop off the sending unit...

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm never sure till I get it done!
But maybe this will be some help as it seems to indicate a snap-on ??
The parts are here:
https://www.winnebago.com/Files/File...04/4wpg38r.pdf

Under LP group down about page 237, I find a list?

Maybe a Google search using just the part number would get an ad showing the part to better judge what it might be??

Those loose wires do sound like a problem!

Odds of 60/40 and maybe you can get lucky?
Wishing the best!

Thanks, Richard. That might just be the part. I'll compare the picture I found to what I have.

Okay, I was able to figure out how to take the sending unit off and I have ordered a replacement. That said, I was able to solder the wires back onto the sending unit. I know they're cold joints and won't trust them to hold when I next move, but it works until my replacement arrives.

Thanks, again, Richard.
