The typical chassis battery for your 2016 Ford F53 chassis is a BCI Group Size 65 750-CCA. It’s a super common Ford heavy duty truck battery sold everywhere by everyone.

OEM would be a flooded lead acid version. When I replaced mine I went with AGM so I didn’t need to keep adding water to the battery every few months.
