I recently bought one for our 2017 Sunstar 29ve from Lichtsinn. Part number 132915-01-01A . I tried one from Amazon but it wasn't quite right.

I agree, call Lichtsinn Motors and get the right one for a reasonable price.

Thanks guys. Will give them a try. This is the second broken latch (spring). Will order a couple of them. First one was warranty and did not get a part number.

HCLLPS 10 Extra Springs ONLY for Screen Door Lever Latch RH RV Trailer Camper

My latch broke, then the second one broke. Both times it was the small tortion spring inside, causing the handle to just flop up and down. I found replaceent springs on amazon. a bag of ten for around $8. Of course it hasn't broken since but I'm ready for the next 9 times it occurs.

Very simple to replace.

And, if anyone needs to MacGyver a fix while they wait for their new springs or latch, the rubber band from around a bunch of celery works great!
