The best recommendation is in your engine owners manual.

The proper weight oil may also be labeled on the oil cap or on a label under the hood.

Hi Justtge2ofus,
I recommend 0W-40:
Oil Viscosity and the Ford V-10
Thanks, Eagle5

I have a 2010 with the Ford V10 with 35,000 mi. Manual says "5w-20 synthetic blend". My Ford dealer says "what ever the manual says".
