Itasca Sunova 2010 Slide out leak --- weep holes

We have an Itasca Sunova 2010 with a large slide on the drivers side. We have a water leak that is coming from the weep holes not working properly. (draining the locking system) we have found that there is a lot of mud in the box. it is almost impossible to reach it from inside with the slide out in and because of the awning over the slide we can not reach it when the slid is out. We need to get it cleaned out do you have any suggestions?

The usual advice is to keep the drain open by regularly cleaning it out with pipe cleaners. Check inside the cabinets on the slide to see if you can access from below - I believe you can but beware of gravity emptying the contents into the interior of the cabinets. Easiest way is to remove the slide topper awning and clean out from above. Cleaned mine out when I replaced the topper awning. Think you will find there is not as much moisture or mud as you thought. Good luck.
