Headlight adjuster extension on 2003 journey

In need of the headlight adjuster extension cables for a 2003 Journey. They look like speedometer cable with ends crimped on them. Anyone have any idea where to get them?

In reviewing the parts catalog for your 2003 Journey, I found this:

• 11 110750-01-000 EA SCREW - HEADLAMP ADJUSTING

but that is not a cable description. Can you check with your local dealer?

Had to go to the 2004 parts manual. Ordered 2 of the cables from Lichtsinn on Friday.
