BAL Stabilizer 2106 DS Micro Minnie

One of my pivot points on my stabilizer broke the other day. I was wondering if it was possible to fix that point or just replace the stabilizer itself. It appears that from what I can tell it just needs to be replaced. Looking for advice on what other owners typically do in this area. To replace it seems to be pretty simple of just removing the self tapping screws and replacing it. It appears that I need the 23228 part number for the trailer if I need to replace it where is the best source to find one. Thanks in advance.

The bolt looks sheared. If you can back out the remnants, you can just replace the bolt.
