What's the model of your frig? Good troubleshooting manuals here:

If it's a 3-way AC/DC/propane absorption model, check that the main propane valve is open, and that the coach is level.
If it's a 2-way AC/DC or a compressor fridge, make sure the batteries are charged and enabled and/or that you're plugged into shore power and have AC power. Being level usually helps, too.
Finally, dig out the owner's manual for the fridge, and see what it says in the troubleshooting section beside "blinking light, fridge won't turn on or cool".

On my 2017 Aspect 30J, the blinking light will have a letter code that it is sending out. As others have stated, the owners manual will tell you what that code is (if yours has the same). I have found that when I run into this it is when I'm lighting it off in the propane mode after the rig has been in storage. My wife turns on the stovetop propane burner to ensure propane is available and then we try the fridge again. It usually fires right up then. Essentially, she purged our propane lines thereby ensuring the fridge is getting propane. Good luck!
