2011 Aspect 30 C Air Condition Problems

We have a 2011 Aspect 30 C. When we turned AC on today, nothing happened. We checked all the breakers, replace thermostat. Nothing worked. Called a repairman and he said we lost the common to the AC Control Box. He is not sure where to start to look. Anyone else have this issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a tech support line for Winnebago?

Coleman mach Thermostat and AC

Thanks

Okay ,you get lucky in some ways---right after getting unlucky!
Lucky in that the route to the AC is not all that tricky as it is a pretty much single serve feed. Would be nice to actually have a full blown drawing that shows where the common or Ground lead is connected but we can make do without.
Drawing here to let you see what I'm looking at as well:
http://www.winnebagoind.com/diagram/...ire_172746.pdf
Page one near the top at about 5-D like one might trace on a road map, shows the AC unit. The little triangle with 4 tells us it is routed in the roof from AC to a recpt-blank located in the vaity and then back to the load center.
So assuming no work like sawing, cutting into the roof? I would first look at the load center to make sure the ground or common is good and tight there and then move to the blankin the vanity area and make sure it is connected thru there good.
While doing this, good idea to flip off the main 30 amp on the left in the load center and also the one which feeds just the AC on the far right. Or for simple and sure, since you do not have lots of other options involved, just unplug the AC power cord. Just make sure no AC to bite you!
You may have to find a way to access or pull the load center out of a cabinet, etc. to get to the backside and see the grounding strip with lots of lother wires on it. Small point that may ease the search is the little note (12-2). That says it is a number 12 size wire and the others say 14-2 which is enough difference to let you just look for the heavier wire! Make sure they are all screwed down tight but really needing the bigger one.
See how that works and give a shout back if more needed?
