Active brake assist
Has anybody had problems with the active brake assist in the newer Sprint chassis? I have a 2023 View D on a 2021 Sprinter base. The active brake assist, which slows the vehicle down when a vehicle is in front of you, or going down a hill, keeps cutting out for me. Driving along with cruise control set and suddenly the brake assist cuts out, with cuts out cruise control. Then it may come back later, or if the vehicle sets overnight. I’m on the road so I can’t get to a MB dealer and the customer service support can only say they will tow the vehicle to a repair facility (some 250 miles from where I am). Has anybody had this problem and how did you deal with it?
