2014 Vista 26HE Winterization

What is the consensus on using the levelers during the winter ? Is it better to leave the weight on the tires or use the auto levelers ?

I use the levelers in auto, it takes some but not all weight off the tires.

I'm impressed that your levelers do that. Every time I've tried to use auto leveling I end up with the fronts off the ground, even when starting from fairly level.

If you have an HWH leveling system, depending upon the model# there is an adjustment to correct that issue.
For instance; pg 12 of this HWH 725 operators manual explains to never turn screw #2 while adjusting auto-level. Turning screw #2 tighter causes the HWH system to raise the coach higher than necessary; conversely, turning screw #2 counterclockwise causes the system to level the coach at a less distance from the ground.

What is your brand and model # leveling system?

As to storage, HWH says using the jacks for long-term storage is fine, it removes the weight of the coach from the tires, leaving only the chassis weight on the tires.
