2014 Vista 26HE for $60k?

Private party near Prescott AZ. 5600 miles. There's also a 30T for $75k and a 31KE for $65k. Are these good prices? I realize the 30T is maybe high but what about the 26'. I like that size. Thanks in advance!

Better than new meaning all the stuff has been fixed like the leaks and squeaks and window shades etc? how much did you pay for the Storm new?

Are you able to read the ad above? air bags 4 corners, Koni shocks, sway bar mod, steering damper, engine sound proofing, bullet proofed generator, rear track bar, 5 Star tuned engine, headlights that work, ect x 10.
Beware the 26 short wheel base tail wagging down the road. You will have to mod it/them. Allow $5k to have someone do it or do it your self for $2.5K

Drive them first!

That is probably fairly close to what they sold for new, if the original purchaser knew what they were doing. I would do a little more research in your pricing. There are a lot of Dealers who routinely offer some of those models at the same or close to price new. You would be surprised at the discounts you can get off new MH's and once negotiated you may only spend a few thousand more for a brand new one, with only the delivery miles, and you will know all that has or hasn't been done to it.

I thought the 26 HE listed for 69K, but if it has options it could be worth more. Also factor in the original owner paid sales tax on that unit so he is out a bunch more. Because its a intro model there is less markup and play with the retail, not sure what kind of a discount the original owner could have got off of the sticker price. I would look at new ones and see what they go for. So 60K may not be bad, but I bet you could get it for less. 5,600 miles is low. Figure in that 1,000 miles was just to get it to Prescott from Iowa.

$69,900 was a special intro price on the 26HE and I don't think it's available any longer. In essence, the discount from retail was built-in, as the full retail price would normally be about $15K to $20K higher.
