We purchased the Winnebago travel trailer 29DDBH In April 2019.

All we have had is trouble trouble trouble trouble since then with Winnebago and La Mesa company. A list of items wrong; the front entry door was installed wrong, the kitchen slider was installed wrong, weatherstripping came off, sewer drain valves that did not work properly, a leak in the shower, microwave had to be replaced from day one defective, TV had a defect in the screen that had to be replaced, the drain valves...

roof top install Wineguard PL-7000R

Posted 09-19-2019 at 05:49 PM by RogerD

any suggestions on mounting the dome, I noticed a label on the RV roof showing where the coaxial cable is and am to drill to get it. So I presume my dome would mount just aft of the label with the coax connection pointing towards label. What between the mounting brackets and the roof, a piece of rubber and what else? My coach is pre wired for this I am just weary about drilling holes in the roof of my new RV! TY in advance for ur suggestions.

Winterizing 2015 24g plumbing

Posted 09-18-2019 at 05:38 PM by JMSx2

looking thru the online manual it says to drain waterlines , tanks, toilet and water heater and leave the tank plug out before suppling air pressure. It says not to bypass the hot water heater (also says bypass is in kitchen sink area?). If so, How does the hot water supply lines get blown out?

Hello All

Posted 09-18-2019 at 11:08 AM by WeWinn

We are new to this site and new to owning a 1987 Minnie Winnie 426 Class C. Only 27,000 miles on her but we plan to put much more in the near future. I hope to learn a lot from all the members on this site as we've never owned motorhome. So kind of wet behind the ears. Our future questions will address maintenance on Ford 7.5 L 460 engine and also camping areas of interest that don't mind an older but well kept rig in their park. Thanks and will keep you posted on progress as we give her some TLC....

2018 view front roof covered with spider cracks

Posted 09-11-2019 at 06:58 PM by plrude

This week the cab over the front on our 2018 view exploded with spider cracks all over it. They appear to be stress cracks on the dome and they are through the gel coat and still spreading. Has anyone else experienced this?

We contacted by Winnebago by email but no response. We sent additional photos and were told not to contact them again. We then called the owners help line and immediately the guy told us that Winnebago did not manufacture the dome and it was not their responsibility....
