level tow bar issue w/10" vrs 4" drop receiver

Posted 09-09-2019 at 02:21 PM by RogerD

There is a 11" difference between my RV's receiver and the tow bar attachments on my Jeep Wrangler.
Owners manual states a 4" max drop down receiver yet I probably need longer and have a 10" coming.
Will I totally bottom out?

First time leveling the Micro Minnie 1800BH

Posted 09-06-2019 at 04:29 PM by Francisco

We recently purchased a 2020 Micro Minnie 1800BH. In preparation for it, we browsed every possible Pinterest post and youtube video regarding what is actually needed and what not for a new Travel Trailer. Among other things we got some nice Andersen levelers, and of course some of the lego like block levelers. When I brought my trailer from the dealership and before we could take it to the maiden voyage we had to put it in storage for a week. But we took the time to learn how to hook and unhook...

Propane not working

Posted 08-30-2019 at 11:36 AM by SocioSam

We just had our propane tank filled. None of the things that use propane now work - generator, stove top, refrigerator. The switch where the propane went in is switch back to "on" as is the switch inside the RV (2104 View G). We have flipped both switches several time just to make sure they are "clicking" properly.

With hurricane Dorian coming, we are hoping we can use the refrigerator should the electric in our house go out, which it will. RV is parked safely...

Mouse issue 27n

Posted 08-28-2019 at 09:57 PM by Bradly

I have a 2015 Itasca 27N. Whenever we boondock we get mice coming in the storage compartments and in the coach. I have crawled around underneath and cant see how they get in. Any ideas on how to stop their getting in?
