No DC power while boondocking on My 2006 Adventurer 35

Hi All,
I have run into a dilemma that I have. I have no DC power. My batteries are full, I also have solar that keeps them full. When on shore power, everything works fine.
When disconnected from shore power the inverter shows 12.7 volts when solar is off and 13.8 when on. The converter/charger is at 13.6 volts when on shore power. I replaced the battery solenoid and isolator and get no DC at the main panel. The odd thing is when on shore power for a couple of days I will get maybe 9 volts at the main DC Panel while the batteries show a full charge. There is a 150 amp fuse next to the battery compartment that I tested and it is good. Does anyone have any ideas. You will be my best friend for some advise.
