Tom, I like your suggestion but tried it and Mike at Intellitec told me I would have to go through the dealer. Maybe I should just buy one and try for a refund when I return the bad board?

I received a lot of good advice concerning this problem that I originally posted on April 21st. I have now been back to the dealer twice for various items that needed attention (including this one)...
