Opened up my hood today to see if I could find...

Opened up my hood today to see if I could find the problem. Turns out it was a broken pivot shaft (the shaft that the wiper assembly attaches to on the outside.) The good news is it wasn't too hard...

Driver's side wiper - wipe out

Just had the exact same thing happen to me (same conditions...same results) on my 2010 Itasca Ellipse. I would be curious to know if "they" got it fixed and if so, what was the solution?
