My chassis is a Ford F-53 but I've always been able to find replacements on Amazon. You should verify your thread size and pitch before you order, though.

It's called a wheel cover nut or wheel cover jam nut. The actual lugnuts are under the wheel cover. I found that the direct replacement is a Dicor V19582-EJN Jam Nut, but they appear to be unavailable. They fit both W22s and W24s. Here's a link to a substitute on etrailer:

https://www.etrailer.com/question-618228.html

To be safe, I'd verify the measurements before ordering.

If these aren't available, you might want to try posting on IRV2.com (Winnieowners' sister site) on their Workhorse forum. I believe you can use the same sign on as Winnieowners but I'm not sure if you just sign in or have to set up an account:

For my Workhorse W22 chassis with 22.5" wheels -
Dicor V19582-EJN Jam Nut 22MM With Cover - Workhorse W22 & W24
is the correct item. I bought a couple a few years ago from RV Upgrades -

https://www.rvupgradestore.com/Dicor...-p/17-0994.htm

though they now say this item is no longer available.

However - - - continuing research - this is a 22mm nut. Try calling Summit Racing, as they have a number of lug nuts & covers -

Found this item on Amazon. It looks to be exactly what is needed - though sometimes Amazon is not good with providing tech specs. But it's part no. matches other searches -
