Electrical question
In my 2000 Journey I have 2 wall switches, one controls the overhead light. What does other switch do? Also facing the couch on drivers side there is a small wall light with a shade. I removed the fixture and have no power to this light is there another switch for it somewhere?

if it is near the door, it might be the porch light switch.

Here's the Body, 12 Volt Wiring Installation diagram for your coach. I'm not sure where the switch you're talking about is located, but that should be able to help you figure it out. This is the Body, 12 Volt Wiring Diagram for your coach as well. You should be able to trace the circuit for the wall lamp and see where the supply comes from.

the lite over drivers seat should turn on from the rotory switch on dash that also dims the lites on dash.

Sorry the 2 switches I'm refering to are in the bathroom. The llight is on the slide (drivers side) on the right side of the couch as you face the couch.

Your Journey should be the same as my Horizon. For the two switches in the bathroom (toilet area), one controls the light and the other turns on the water pump. You can verify that by making sure the water pump is turned off, then turn on the bathroom switch that does not control the light. Then look at your power management panel; the light below that water pump switch should be on, indicating that the pump is on.
As far as the lamp by the couch, the only switch I've found is the one on the light fixture. My coach is not here at the house, so I can't check for another switch right now.

I've pretty much narrowed the switches down to light and water pump.
The light is still a mystery I removed it from the wall and have no power to it.
