Correct oil type for Ford Triton V10 engine

Ford says 5w-20 Motorcraft semisynthetic oil and Motorcraft FL-820 filter.

I use full synthetic Mobile One 5w-30 oil and Mobile One M1-210 oil filter. Changed annually.
